Being able to reflect and be honest with o...Tayla,<br /><br />Being able to reflect and be honest with ourselves is one of the most important things to do in my opinion because if you're not honest with yourself how can you expect others to be honest to you or you to be honest to others. It took me ...Tayla, I really enjoy your blog post. It took me a bit to grasp the integral assessment myself, because there are so many areas in my life that could use a good "tune up" that it was hard to choose. I'm not really a "people person" either, when it comes to interpersonal relationships. I've just gotten used to it because of my job in retail--I have to talk to customers, and usually I find myself having some very interesting conversations with them, whether it's about my kids, the weather, etc. I find that taking some deep breaths helps a lot to control the anxiety.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02651683447945977468noreply@blogger.com
