I think that having the ability and tools ...Tayla, <br />I think that having the ability and tools to help you focus on your psychological wellbeing will help you reach your goal! Don't give up! <br />I personally think that in tracking my progress and commitment is probably the most difficult task but just as you mentioned it will helps a person to continue to maintain and achieve the goals of happiness that we all seek.
